Welcome to my Website!  If applying online, click the “Apply Now” link to start the process.  When completing list estimates of the purchase price and loan amount; we understand these amounts may change.  Also complete fully the 2 year work history, income (include overtime, bonuses, commissions, etc.) and the assets/financial account sections.  For financial accounts, list ALL accounts including bank, CDs, brokerage, mutual funds, stocks, IRAs, 401(k)s, etc. as often reserves after closing are a critical part of the underwriting decision.  There is not any cost or obligation associated with obtaining a preapproval from Intercoastal.
